After facilitating an internal organized team-building workshop, Unilever Shanghai management identified a need for an external party to facilitate a follow-up workshop that could better drive agreement on what key initiatives to commence and ensure buy-in.
Through face-to-face consultation and a pre-needs survey, Crescendo developed an off-site workshop focused on facilitating the 45 target participants to brainstorm, then prioritize 3 initiatives to execute with clearly defined follow-up action plans.
At the conclusion of the training, 3 initiatives were identified with not only clear action plans but also designated project owners. Crescendo is in regular contact with the stakeholders of this training project to help ensure commitment to the initiatives is maintained.
